What Happened to the 4:3 Video Option?!?

In general FPSE is a terrific program but I was extremely surprised and disappointed to see that the 4:3 ratio has been removed from the options menu.

Why? Why force users to run ROMS in the wrong ratio in landscape mode? They look stupid all stretched out. The now removed option was MUCH better in my opinion--I could play games in landscape mode on my phone, in the proper ratio, AND have the controls off to the sides instead of cluttering up the screen ...

Please, please put this option back. Not having it really lessons the experience of playing PSX Roms on my phone!
