Re: v0.10 Xperia X1 performance and configuration
I'm trying to play Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Everything loads up ok, but I'm running into lag problems when the actual stage begins, and the game becomes sluggish. I've tried frame skip, and while it does increase response time to commands, the lag remains. Sounds and music are unaffected, however.
Anything I can do to fix this?

would be good if each user of the XPERIA X1, show your ini file, the rom is using, using a game as a base type crash because it is very small, and show your frameskip. so we can see what is better to our unit.

Anything I can do to fix this? I didn't suffer any lag on this when I used a low frameskip, but I still managed to get full or near-full speed.

It's kinda weird since I only got this phone last week, so it's not like I bogged it down with too many apps. The only things I've done so far is use the update service, and installed wvgafix.

It's not overclocked, but I'm running a custom ROM and have tweaked my ini to get the best performance I can.

Hey Cloud... which ROM do u use? Jack's 4.5 LITE Rom ist the only WM 6.5-Rom which has almost the speed of an optimized WM 6.1 so i stay with that rom 4 a while

At the moment I'm using Itje's Touch-IT Leo 3.2, but I've had some problems with it. I'm going to go back to WinMo 6.1 when I get a chance, but I don't know which ROM I'm going to use yet.

If u like Manila u should take "Touch X 10.9.1" from xda-devs... it's WM6.1 with Manila 2.1.19202517 and OVER 136 MB free memory... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=561555

Re: v0.10 Xperia X1 performance and configuration
I like the colour scheme on that, and the large amount of free memory is always a plus. I might try that one out, just for a change. Thanks mate.

Re: v0.10 Xperia X1 performance and configuration
So, I am sorry to say that, but I will stop testing for the Xperia X1 anymore. After flashing almost 30 different Roms and trying to get the best performance out of that phone I have to say that this device is not made for FPSEce v0.10 ... I just ordered a HD2
