I think on buying LG G2 next week. So, what about OpenGL performance on snapdragon 800 after last updates? Is it better than Galaxy S III?

Somes news about current beta...

I have worked with many people to make working their external Pad, so expect for next version much more support, for now all known and reported external PADs works perfectly, including Impulse Pad. I have even fixed and modified the support of Joystick Center, a famous software which let you use Xbox360 pad and PS3 pad using the Native USB adapter of these pad.

Next i have fixed a bug in software video mode for many games, but especially Civilisation works perfectly now, no more glitch or no more crash.

I prepare a beta version for wenesday.

Hi guys,

I found a way to play PS1 games on all their 3d glory on an Adreno 320 gpu. Unfortunately it does not involve Fpse.
It's called RetroArch 0.9.9.6 and the games are emulated via PCSX-ReARMmed. I just enabled "enhanced resolution (slow)" at per core settings and, after years of frustration, my jaw dropped. No frame skip and the games run full frames with perfect sound. I tried Chrono Cross, FF9, FF8, and all are perfect. I have no idea how it's done but I don't think it uses opengl plugin.

Schtruck, maybe it's possible to implement this feature for Fpse.

it's a trick to double the resolution, but rendering is still software... much less accurate than OpenGL rendering.

Good news, i just pushed a beta version of FPse for all beta testers, thanks for your feedback about this one.

FPse 0.11.117 BETA:
- Added Menu option with new List cover design option and Change language
- Added edit title in context cover menus, press on title to change it
- Fixed big delay in sound in somes devices
- Fixed Nvidia Shield Update 65 scanning external storage problem
- Fixed Video bug and crash in software mode, like with civilisation
- Fixed External pad support and mapping function. Impulse pad works well
- Fixed Moga Pro L2 + R2 in HID (mapped automatically)
- Fixed support of the famous program joystick center which let you play with PS3 pad or Xbox 360 pad without rooted device.

This version is really sexy...

Let me know if you see any regression. if i receive good comment, i push it to the market.

If you want to become beta tester, let me know.

I am also getting very slow performance on my Snapdragon 800/ adreno 330 compared to the oldie Mali400. More than happy to help with testing or try any settings if someone has some to share.
Thanks!
