Greetings,

after reading several posts concerning the Mali400 GPU, the OpenGL plugin and the function of Chainfire3D I am a little confused and would be grateful for some clarification. My intention is to reduce the pixelation of some games and get a smoother look, at best without the rather awkward trick of starting Tekken 3 every times before playing a game.

First (perhaps noobish) question: Can the Chainfire3D app replace the OpenGL plugin to some extent? For example, will the per app activation of antialiasing in Chainfire3D (4xMSAA) for fpse do the trick even without the OpenGL plugin?

Second question: Chainfire3D can emulate another graphic platform via plugin. Would the emulation of a GPU other than the Mali400 yield to compatibility with the OpenGL plugin?
