I had some time to sit down and try out some games, I've included stock speeds of my HTC Desire and the overclocked frame rates so you can see how well the game frame rate will scale with a higher clock speed. The majority of my games are on their proper discs, I haven't had a chance to make an image out of them yet. I probably should do that soon before I lose them. I'll update my post as I go. Testing was done with a PS3 DualShock3 controller over bluetooth for best results.
I also found that using "#FF8000" for orange was easier to read.

[D]Dead or Alive (PAL-E) [SCES-01259] HTC Desire @ 1GHz. FPse version: 0.10.54.Minimum 28 fps in-game. Maximum 35 fps in-game. Frame rate too low to be playable. No background music. Slight graphical glitch in the background of the fighting stages. Minimum 35 fps in-game @ 1.152GHz.
[F]Final Fantasy VIII (NTSC-U) [SLUS-00892/SLUS-00908/SLUS-00909/SLUS-00910] HTC Desire @ 1GHz. FPse version: 0.10.54.Minimum 43 fps (during GF move) in-game. Maximum 60 fps in-game. Occasional FMV stutter. Fight transistion effect doesn't render. Minimum 49 fps (during GF move) in-game @ 1.152GHz. Plays/feels very close to a PS1 console.
[G]G-Darius (NTSC-U) [SLUS-00690] HTC Desire @ 1GHz. FPse version: 0.10.54.Minimum 33 fps in-game. Maximum 45 fps in-game. Minimum 60 fps in menus. Music VERY broken. Minimum 36 fps in-game @ 1.152GHz. Plays/feels very close to a PS1 console, apart from the broken music.
Gran Turismo 2 - Simulation Disc (NTSC-U) [SCUS-94488] HTC Desire @ 1GHz. FPse version: 0.10.54.Minimum 44 fps in-game. Maximum 60 fps in-game. Maximum 42 fps in menus. Music occasionally stutters. Minimum 50 fps in-game @ 1.152GHz. Method of testing minimum frame rate was creating a lot of smoke from the tires whilst looking back for maximum stress. Plays/feels very close to a PS1 console.
Grand Theft Auto (NTSC-U) [SLUS-00106] HTC Desire @ 1GHz. FPse version: 0.10.54.Minimum 57 fps in-game. Maximum 60 fps in-game. No background music. Minimum 60 fps in-game @ 1.152GHz. Plays/feels like a PS1 console, apart from broken music.
[K]Kula World (PAL-E) [SCES-01000] HTC Desire @ 1GHz. FPse version: 0.10.54.Minimum 42 fps in-game. Maximum 50 fps in-game. No graphical or audio glitches. Minimum 46 fps in-game @ 1.152GHz. Frame rate test done on the bonus stage where there is more stress. Plays/feels like a PS1 console.

[P]Point Blank 1 (PAL-E) [SCES-00886] HTC Desire @ 1GHz. FPse version: 0.10.54.Minimum 49 fps in-game. Maximum 50 fps in-game. Minimum 50 fps in menus. Very slight FMV stutter and some slight graphical glitches on menus. Minimum 50 fps in-game @ 1.152GHz.
[R]Rapid Racer (PAL-E) [SCES-00394] HTC Desire @ 1GHz. FPse version: 0.10.54.Minimum 25 fps in-game. Maximum 28 fps in-game. Maximum 50 fps in menus. Frame rate too low to be playable. No graphical glitches. No background music. Minimum 50 fps in-game @ 1.152GHz. Rapid Racer was a strange test, when running at 1GHz, the frame rate was less than 30 and not very playable at all, once overclocked to 1.152GHz, the frame rate was a solid 50 fps and played/felt like a PS1 console.
