Post Re: FpseCE Compatibility and Performance questions
Running on an axim x51v, got all the onscreen pads and controls functioning perfectly, just one slightly major issue... I cannot press multiple buttons in either portrait with pad, or landscape mode with overlay. This is a rather big issue when playing games requiring driving, and shooting (Hot Wheels Extreme Racing) for example. Any suggestions to get this working? I found a website where you can get a multitouch plugin, but it is for the HD2. Any ideas, or tips would be appreciated.

SciLor Multitouch .NET CF Plugin: http://www.scilor.com/hd2-leo-dotNetCfM ... chDLL.html

Don't you need a capacative screen for multi-touch? If you don't have a capacative screen, why don't you try using multi-keys for when you need to press more than one key at a time?

Or faux multi-touch pads if possible.

Post Re: FpseCE Compatibility and Performance questions
Quick qeustion im tryin to run legend of dragoon and it says u have to use bios SCPH7501 instead of SCPH1001

I have tried putting this file in the bios folder and it doesnt work unless i rename the 7502 to SCPH1001.BIN
and then it will load the sony screen then when the playstation screen is supposed to come up there is no logo just the text playstation and it stays there forever till exit .
If i convert the files to bin/cue it works though but no logo at the beghinning just staright to game.

My device is samsung i900 running fpse .10

I would like to be able to run the standard iso files instead of having to convert all to bin/cue in order to get them to work as iut is cooler to here the old psx boot up sound before playing a game.

any sugggestion?

It's usually the sign of a corrupted iso

I mean beside this bios problem (that is strange, I have this game and have always been using scph1001) I think you have a problem with the quality of your iso

Yea i eventually figured it out for some reason magic iso would make a bad copy of my disk if i saved it as iso. but if i saved as bin/cue much better.

but i was just reading the compataibility list and it said needed 7502 then reread and said it said only if was at .96 i guess they added the support in .10

i wish there was a config editing tool for free version would make editing things so much easier instead of having to notepad all the time.

I know there is one for the supporter version but not for the free edition. and i cant buy the supporter one as me and paypal have had a falling out so account have been limited/180 day wait/ and never using paypal again. to bad you dont have any other way of donating.

Another stupid question in the cd part of the psx bios i can never get it to pull the cd tracks from the psx disc. it shows up 3 tracks for all isos and thats it. As the one im testing wu tang shaolin style has a bunch of tracks extra nut that disc once selected just says 3 tracks

There might be a slightly better solution if This: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=655830 were implemented.

Once again?

This has already been discussed, this kind of app for resistive screen, simulating multi or dual touch, allows pinch to zoom and gestures, but won't allow to get two simultaneous coordonates for two different presses points (or not better than the "fake multitouch" that can be used for fpsece or morphgear)

there's no software solution to make a resistive screen like a capacitive one.

My apologies, I am still getting into this emulator business. Aside from multibuttons, are there any other solutions to pressing two areas of an axim x51v screen simultaneously? I ask this because the only game I have been able to play successfully is Asteroids, and I would like to play some other games like driving/shooters, and fps games. Any bright ideas would be gratefully recieved.

No need to apologies mate ;)
So what happens with resistive screens (like yours) when you presss two points, is that it activates another point, that is just in the middle of your 2 fingers (imagine a line A to B, with C just in the middle of this line, you press A and B, it's like pressing C)
So using this, "fake" multitouch gamepads were developed, first for morphgear, then for fpsece
see here: http://www.fpsece.net/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=753

There's no other solution with a resistive screen
(or as Phaedrus Nine said, using multikey, but good for racing games. I don't know if your device has a G-sensor. If yes, use it)
