FPSEce is WM aplication, but is currently being developed for ANDROID. In the latest news schtruck (developer) mentioned that the ANDROID version runs fine, but it doesnt have any interface. It might take a while but the port is going well. For best performace, android 2.3 (Gingerbread) is suggested.

As for which of these models, I really didnt bother to look across them, but we answer this type of question again and again.
The best phone for FPSEce would be one with capacitive display or HW keyboard (if you plan on using some BT controller then dont mind this).
It should have big screen, at least 128MB of RAM (this should be enought to play, but i suggest it as a minimum) and fast processor. The best would be Snapdragon or Humingbird. The GPU of humingbird should really make a diference, but I'm not sure about that (also not relevant). When looking at processor check some forums on to which speed it can be safely overclocked.

Also dont expect devices lower than HD2 to run games fullspeed. If you plan on playing fast paced games like let say driver or Tekken3, then you should seriously consider going for HD2.
