I voted for clock and battery % next to fps (or maybe the other corner). It's easy to lose track of time when playing (especially ever since I thought of setting up multi-keys in Tekken 3)
And it's always a good thing to keep an eye on the battery. Of course you can minimize the emulator, but hey, who wants to do that when they're on a roll!

Detailed description in fpse.ini also sounds good. If I had another vote it would go for that one.
Wait, what's OpenGL? Some kind of graphical-rendering-thingy right? Darn that would probably be a fine thingy to have as well.

You know what else would be cool! If we were able to scroll the icons and buttons in a loop, in the on-screen button mapping area. You know, it's annoying to go through all the icons/buttons just to get the last one. Also a delete key for one, highlighted button, so you don't have to go through all the previous buttons to get rid of it. Little things that matter

This feature was added in the last couple supporter versions, if you didn't know. You have to specify Print_Battery=1 and Print_Time=1 in fpse.ini - PocketPC.
