 FpseCE Feature Requests Poll!

What do you want to see in the next FpseCE version?
A feature to rotate the overlay icons at 90 degree intervals (would make it possible to use 1 icon on all 4 D-pad buttons/diagonals, instead of 1 icon per direction). 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
The ability to map keys for quick load and quick save (slot 0). 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
The ability to map frameskip to hardware keys. 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
Gamma correction levels (this way screen brightness could be dropped down to increase battery life while visibility enhanced, editable from fpsece.ini since it's a set once option). 7%  7%  [ 1 ]
OpenGL (in progress). 86%  86%  [ 12 ]
Bigger list items in the Image select. 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
Detailed description of all stuff in the ini, or a in-app config menu, we got all these fixes at our fingertips but no knowledge to use them. 7%  7%  [ 1 ]
The option to map macros to hardware keys and touch screen. 0%  0%  [ 0 ]

I voted for clock and battery % next to fps (or maybe the other corner). It's easy to lose track of time when playing (especially ever since I thought of setting up multi-keys in Tekken 3) :D
And it's always a good thing to keep an eye on the battery. Of course you can minimize the emulator, but hey, who wants to do that when they're on a roll!

Detailed description in fpse.ini also sounds good. If I had another vote it would go for that one.
Wait, what's OpenGL? Some kind of graphical-rendering-thingy right? Darn that would probably be a fine thingy to have as well.
:D
Oh, it's in progress, never mind then...

You know what else would be cool! If we were able to scroll the icons and buttons in a loop, in the on-screen button mapping area. You know, it's annoying to go through all the icons/buttons just to get the last one. Also a delete key for one, highlighted button, so you don't have to go through all the previous buttons to get rid of it. Little things that matter ;)

This feature was added in the last couple supporter versions, if you didn't know. You have to specify Print_Battery=1 and Print_Time=1 in fpse.ini - PocketPC.

I vote for a new official public release D: Or I can wait 'til I start making money to donate Dx

Good work! I wouldn't mind being able to play Tekken 3 or MGS with the keyboard without the choppiness D:
