Can you play multiplayer on one device with a Bluetooth controller and an on the go plug in controller?

Yes you can use 2 BT gamepad on one device to play muli player games and even play up to 4 players like bomberman world (enable Multitap from Advanced settings then gamepad for mulplayer games like bombermanworld)
