I don't use vpn, I also tried using mobile data. I already had the app activated, but some time ago I changed the rom of the smartphone.

Before I had a global rom, I changed it for a Chinese one, I don't know if that's part of the problem.
I contacted you a few days ago by email.

If you switch to a Chinese rom , then Google play services is normaly not installed
So you have installed all Google play services to your device ?
It s necessary or google license won t work
