 Final fantasy Tactics and saving.

Post Final fantasy Tactics and saving.
I just got FPse for my galaxy nexus and got my Final Fantasy Tactics to work. The problem I am having is that after I close the program, all my saves disappear. Is there something that I can do to get this fixed?
