Can't get Fpse to work

I don't know, how can I tell? They're downloaded straight from the Rom sites!

"what format" means "what is the extension of the file" - is it .iso, .bin, or is it something else? if you click on "up" in your screenshot, you should be able to browse to where you have your game files.

obtaining games illegaly is not condoned...

Forget either of them.. Go download Bandizip from http://www.bandicam.com/bandizip/ it does all formats so you will not have to worry about what to do.. right click extract automatically when you got Bandizip installed. Bandizip has multi-core support and best of all FREE! It's the best and easiest archiver I have used I can even extract iso images.

Hey can someone help me please i have samsun galaxy s4 phone and i downloaded Fpse and it works and i downloaded bios and its working too but when i downloaded tomb raider 1 game it opens it but when i press start game it says something like license check failed does it matter if i am connected to my phones mobiledata intternet or do i have to connect wifi or whats the problem plz soomeonee help i havent play that game in years i like to play it now when its possible
