Cheat Glitch

As seen in the picture, somehow there are 2 Cheat Code 1 slots... This happened when I re-entered codes after thinking that they hadn't stuck after a shutdown and reboot. The 2 codes I entered in reverse order, and now this seems to have happened. Complete uninstall and reinstall doesn't fix this problem. Before this problem, cheats were working (game played was Final Fantasy VII) I sent the config files to SD-card and looked at them, and the 2nd cheat slot is still in the fpse.ini file, and corresponds to the second 1... I also went back a version and the problem persisted...
