For fpse64 1.7.10(32bit), this issue was solve after i restart my phone, it works again.

For Fpse 11.220, i need to online(Internet) every time when i want to running the app, it will keep crashing if you start the app offline。Never mind, it still working great on the other phone.

Sorry for the delay, I was very busy with my work.
My iso format is .pbp (compressed with fpse). I've also tried .img -same results.
I've set the same settings as yours and it didn't help also.

Good news for PS1 emulation lovers!
FPse and FPse64 are being updated with new fixes and big improvement in external gamepad detection USB OTG and BLuetooth
FPse 11.221 Changes:
- Fixed a bug introduced 2 version ago which can freeze some games
- Fixed Jackie Chan stunt Master
- Fixed Parasite eve II US
- Improved external Gamepad detection
FPse64 1.7.11 Changes:
- Fixed Jackie Chan and Parasite Eve II US when fastboot is off
- Improved external Gamepad detection
Enjoy , the last 3 update bring very interresting improvement and don't forget this awesome multiplayer mode over wifi to play to up to 4 and even 5 players , each one with its own device and games are perfectly sync because one device is the Master and Other receive cast like streams . It works like cloud gameing but locally
You can set one device in access point and all others connected to then run one as a Server by going to the game context menu and choosing run as mulitplayer server and other just from menu of FPse choose Multiplayer and select the player you want to be!

Two new great update of FPse and FPse64

FPse 11.222 and FPse64 1.7.12 Changes:
- Fixed random unresponsive gamepad issue with some games:
Metal Slug X ,Silent Bomber ,and more
- Improved video timing, faster results
- Fixed Dynasty Warrior freeze
- Added 5xBRZ OpenGL HD postprocessing Shader

to have outstanding result, Enable OpenGL HD
And when game is running from video menu:
Enable FBO,Texture High Definition,Fix polygon shaking
and from advanced settings and video, set 5xBRZ shader
and from Texture Upscaling choose 5xBRZ (this last only on FPse64)

Many people are still wondering what's the difference between FPse and FPse64. Because we were force to migrate to 64 bits and as it tooks more time than expected, the Gap between FPse and FPse64 was so big that we decided to prevent any complain to propose a completely new software called FPse64
Now today what's the real between both apps?

FPse64 is our technical showcase with more features and better interface.

What features FPse64 is proposing? here is a short list:
- CHD disk format support
- Real Multi player mode over local network with Cast like mecanism
- Many XBR Upscaling methods for software video modes and many texture upscaling methods for OpenGL HD
- Support for dualscreen devices
- Shortcut improvement
And many more small improvement
FPse64 propose also a better interface by displaying Covers in High definition and show the game country.

Silent Hill is still crashing after a couple seconds of gameplay.
