Rival Schools plays so much better now on this experimental OpenGL. Look like 35fps. Can't say the same for Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped. On crash, video syncs with the audio fine but video seems to skips every 15 frames just to catch up.

s/n Sorry for your loss. My condolences.

somes people reported crash after plugins download, and i found it's related to External Gamepad, i need to know which pad they use to understand and fix it correctly.

SO i you have such behavior, please let me know which external pad are you using?

So sorry to hear your news schtruck. I'm using an ipega controller with bluez ime and it's not causing crash and recognises the analog sticks in controller config but they don't work in game. I also tried with the miscellaneous settings disabling gamepad but it makes no difference.

I have a problem with opengl plugin and metal gear solid 1.
I can't change video options because at every restart they reset.

it's because this game has a profile in fpse.

The problem is that the game is too slow with the settings in profile.
If I disable all of them I get close to 50fps.

i know, but i think it's just one option which cause slowdown, the brightness Option i think. but if you disable it ,you won't be able to watch he codec.

When I open the game it forces the following settings:
Frame Texture, Mask Bit, Alpha Multipass, OffScreenDrawing

What should I disable?

Ps: even with all these enabled I can't see the floor selector in the elevator.

was talking about alpha multi pass

you can return to select ISO menu then go to Video menu and unselect this option

now quit FPse

restart FPse and reload MGS... as this options need a restart of FPse, you can just ignore the Warning to restart and Apply this option.
