A little bit more tuning and it be amazing
Still slightly fast but much much smoother animation.

as feedback i can say the same, opengl runs way better than before but also i still feeling that the frameskip (or maybe is the framelimiter) makes less smooth the animation with some little fast jumps of frames, so as crualfox said, a bit of tunning could make it better :D

by the way, the frameskip/limiter are the same ones for opengl that the ones from the software normal mode?? because those are the ones were i'm more interested about (no-opengl ones) ^^

and thanks for your fast reply and your efforts :)

Just pushed FPse 0.11.115 because of a scanning games critical bug...very annoying if a .bin file was found and was very small, then FPse crashed at scan:
- Fixed crash on iso scan
- Update opengl plugin, Faster and smoother frameskip
All GPU will run Fpse in OGL faster and smoother!
- Fixed L2 R2 on Xperia Play, now if they are unset from overlay pad, they are emulated on Analog Pads
- Updated plugins with low latency audio support!
Download it,unzip into /sdcard, reset setting from FPse MISC menu and restart
http://www.fpsece.net/fpsepluginslowlatency.zip

About Xperia Play, L2 and R2 are emulated from Analog Pads if they are not set from Overlay pad, if they are set on Overlay pad, then Analog PAD of the Xperia play will emulate Directional pad or Analog sticks, depending of the Pad type you have choosen

Couldn't notice any difference on OpenGL with my Galaxy S4.

Still patiently waiting for the option to reduce resolution. :P

With the new update, I'm unable to set any OpenGL - Video settings without instantly crashing.
I attempted to turn on "Direct frame buffer access" and "Qualcomm Processors fix", without any luck.

It crashes as soon as I exit the menu, even if I don't set any new settings.

the plugins has been badly downloaded, just reset settings from MISC menu and restart FPse to redownload plugins.

@schtruck

why fpse only recognize the internal storage in cm10.2 (android 4.3.1).

cant find my psx roms in external sd card.

tested in galaxy s3,carbon rom.

Not sure if you meant me, but.. It didn't help.

It happens as soon as I change to OpenGL by doing.... Settings -> Misc -> OpenGL Settings -> Switch to OpenGL.
After this, FPse will insta-crash when attempting to leave the "Video-settings" menu.

Just wanted to give my review on this:

Playing FF7 on my Xperia Z Ultra is PERFECT. sound is close to 100%. Even entering into battle is stable at 60 FPS on OpenGL (it actually increases to 64 so it doesn't drop)

great work schtruck! bought FPSE 2 years ago during my galaxy note days and development just continues to improve! I am in awe!

How can this be I got gnote 3. Snapdragon 800 and adreno 330.
are you using frameskip. Cos adreno 330 gpu gives low fps on opengl.

I got pal version. 50 fps the transaction from world map to battle is 50 fps. But then drops to 28 - 33fps. Without frameskip just using frame limiter. We got the same adreno 330 gpu but my cpu is 2.3ghz.
