I've made a correction already, Schtruck just needs to add it, but help file is still missing lots of features, thats why its on hold...

Ok then, I can't wait to see it. Also, there are a few reviews on FPse via Google Play telling people to buy ePSXe but i'm starting to think that they're fake. Looks like someone's jealous? I flagged them as spam if that helps.

good news, i found a big mistake on sound layer where priority was badly set.

FPse look like smoother now, and the most important the sound is perfectly consistent.

i'll push a beta to have feedbacks of beta testers.

Great news Schtruck! Loving the speed of the updates, quick and effective.

And the slowdowns in FF8 which I reported to Ludovic, did you take a look at it? I mean, in OpenGL mode. Thanks.

Good news ! You made a fantastic work !

Is there a lot of "space" for improvement in the opengl plugin ? Just to know if I wait for playing ff9 with opengl on my nexus 5 or if I play now on software mode (for now, everything is fine in opengl, sometimes better than software mode, but the wolrdmap is slow)

Another very good news!

you thought FPse was very smooth already? i have improved cdrom emulation to be like on a true PSone this mean reading to not lock the CPU, but put sector by DMA, result? Animation is smooth as never, and Fpse is much faster even when my device run at lower frequency. Streaming music/video is much better now, very smooth.

the wide screen trick is done on 3D objects only, if the background was polygons or sprites, the tricks would work perfectly.

For such it's much more difficult... MDEC is just decoding image into video memory at specific address..

this mean we should apply deformation on 2D image....

Couldn't you add a option to center crop 16:12 so it becomes 16:9 or 16:10?
as well as adding x5 & x6 to the software resolutions so it closer matches opengl to make up for the lack of antialiasing.

i'm preparing a new release, here are changes:

FPse 0.11.147:
- Fixed freeze in games like Galerians, NBA 2000 and much more
- Improved audio rendering
- Improved CDrom emulation, it's like on true PSone now, FPse is much smoother, musics and animations
- Improved opengl plugin framelimiter and frameskipping, much more smooth even in skip mode

Nice, anxiously waiting here!

Is it the Framelimiter or the Special Framelimiter? And Frameskipping or Old Frameskipping?

And there is any difference in the emulation of .BIN or CDrom?

FPse is great as it is and incomparable with any other emulator. And yet, it will improve more :D

No problem, i'm just doing the best I can. Plus, I wanna see FPse under the top 10 downloaded paid apps.
