i been desperately trying to figure this out i serach thru the forums, youtube, google but no prevail can sumbody help me plz

If yes...

1. Go to Settings > Input > Touchscreen > Overlay Pad > External
2. Navigate to where you extracted the skin package and choose the pad.ini file.
3. Go back, shut down FPSE and restart it.
4. Go to Touchscreen options again and choose options.

(Adjusting options without a restart is pretty buggy, at least on my SGS)

This is a mixed forum,
you will find skins and comments for and about fpsece and about fpse for android.
FpseCE stands for fpse for windows mobile(windows CE...fpseCE).
Fpse for android stands for android.

Two different apps for 2 different operating systems.
There is no supporter version for android, once there was one only for windows mobile.

If you want to run a fpseCE skin in "fpse for android" you will have to edit it to make it work.

sebastian9 made a skin for android which should come close to cyber-junkie's pads and what you are looking for but to be honest, i have not tried it yet.

Ok thanks for the help you'll, I figured out why I had I didnt see the folder options either I over looked them in my file explorer or I needed to be root to view those files,which I rooted my phone and now have access to the folders and thanks further tips especially the fpse and fpsece which I just foundout now,yikes but I'm getting their
