Is there a better opengl plugin for fpse android?

I was wondering if a better plugin exists for fpse. I have huge issues with Raiden project on my Nvidia Shield portable. Software mode stretches the vertical screen to fill the 4:3 mode and game is slow in opengl no matter what settings I use

use the Software HD mode and use the X and Y ratio from Video menu to get the perfect size.

Every Cutscene, from the Activision logo scene to the new game scene are MUTE; however the games runs without other problems of sort, they have background music, audio FXs and for example Willis'screams of pain when hit; it is evident, by the way, that audio is missing in in-game videos too, for example the big screen you encounter in the prison (with a guard talking) is mute and Willis'voice over is not audible.
