hello all, I seem to be at a loss here. How can i configure the on-screen gamepad so that i can have both analog sticks, and the x, triangle, circle, and square buttons all at the same time on the screen? The game seems rather unplayable switching between different configurations each time.

I second this!! it would be really cool if we could adjust the position of the buttons on the screen. I have another app that transforms the phone into a gamepad and you can move around the buttons and analogs with it, so I know it's possible.
