*EDIT* It is a problem with the game...whenever i turn the graphic to the highest setting (enhanced graphic and screen filtering on) the framerates are the same like the framerates on the lowest graphic setting. So it´s a bug in the game that it cant show more then 50fps. Now Tekken works on 60fps too. Great.
