Don't be so impatient! If you post a question, you don't need to post again a few hours later if you haven't had an answer. One of the forum rules tells you not to multi-post. Read them.

The TP2 is not an overly great device for running FpseCE. You only have a 528MHz CPU, so you are going to get the best framerates from 2D and pre-rendered games. RPGs are your best bet.

That's the problem and solution right there. You will only get decent speeds with games that don't require so much processing power. The two games you tried, Tekken and Gran Turismo, are both high-resolution 3D games, and your phone just isn't powerful enough to run these sufficiently.

Try games like final fantasy and twisted metal. those get good frame rates.
