PS: I`ve found interesting thing. Try to set MultiFix=1 in fpse.ini and game`s .ini files, and then do this:

MultiFix_Left=0

AutoRotate=0
MultiFix_GunB=0
MultiFix_GunA=0

then set PadType=2

do it in both .ini files, save and exit.
then play the game
now "Camera"(Triangle), "OK"(Circle), "windows"(Quadrangle), "JOY"(Cross) and "-"(start) buttons are binded ;)
BUT now you have to use only Pad2 and left stick as "arrows". Put left stick on the screen. Not every game supports left stick as "arrows".

I found a way to properly assign buttons in a Motorola Q9C using FpseCE 0.10 also may work for Samsung i740. All buttons must be assigned in the file *.ini. To do this you must download and install in your phone the Version 0.09.6 of FpseCE and also have the SPHelper then you must typically configured the joypad on the version 0.09.6 using the SPHelper. After that you must check the file *.ini in the version 0.09.6 then you must see at the bottom of the page some numbers that matches with the buttons on the PlayStation. You must remember these numbers because they are the numbers that you must put in the file *.ini of the version 0.10 under the same concepts. Then finally you must download the FakeCursor to select your ISOs and use the interface of the FpseCE 0.10. I hope you could do it. Sorry for my English.

I really dont need to use programs like FakeCursor and equals because buttons worked... not ALL buttons worked but a few ones.
And of course I already tried to use button codes from *.ini file of 0.09.6 version.

Anyway I think that its a good advice, so this information will be useful for somebody on board! ;)
