Post g-sensor working on Omnia
I'm not sure if i'm late on this and others had known, but i read I900french's post of g-sensor working on Omnia with the right HTC files. So I did some checking and found the right files :)
Here is the link to make it easier for anyone else that doesn't have g-sensor working!

Do you have .net framework 3.5 installed also?

maybe installing the SDKcerts (google it, easy to find) too will fix the problem

And make sure everything is ok with HTC g-sensor emulation by trying a game like marble world 2 or asphalt4 or teeter, shootme, etc. I mean a game using G-sensor.

On my omnia (just using the three htc files, not sdkcerts) I can control fpse with left/right movements (landscape) but not away/toward.
I did the analog controller with analog sticks set to motion.
I might use the motion sensor instead of d-pad overlay if away/toward worked.

sorry if these are stupied questions for you, but have you tired it with the sdkcerts installed, and do you have .net cf 3.5 installed? its off topic a bit but when i did a hard reset and was installing a custom taskbar, i forgot to install sdkcerts first and only half of the icons were visable with the new taskbar, maybe same thing for the HTC g-sensor files. . . .

only other thing i can think of is how are you holding you phone when you turn gsensor on?
if you are holding it in landscape and the phone is tilted up 90 degrees (bottom of phone pointing at ground)it won't be able to sense the up and down movements

sure, the neutral position is reset every time you press the button to activate G-sensor (that must be sticky) so to reset neutral point, click once to unstick this button (g-sensor off) and twice to put G-sensor ON again, with a new neutral point.
