Video-recorded gameplay with and without overclock on Xperia
I just recorded two new videos of Xperia X1 running FPSEce. One of the videos was using overclock, the other one was not. I'm sorry for the bad english, I'm pretty good writing but I'm really bad at speaking. I am also sorry for the bad quality video my only camera is the HTC Desire (I lend my samsung Omnia to a friend) and we all know the HTC cameras doesn't bright by its quality : P
No overclock (537mhz)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETvwbb9kOfcConclusion is that Xperia X1 is not one of the best devices out there to play fpsece. Is pretty slow even with overclock (which for now just works with ac power plugged in) and it's even more slow when in landscape. Even FF7, a game wich demands just a few resources, is slow. A lot slower than Omnia. It has something to do with the cpu, I don't know what it is, but even at higher clock speeds it has a lot of lag.
I hope you enjoy this and I'm sorry to dissapoint all of you who thought this was a good device for emulation. Besides that, I still think it's a great device (leaving apart that it runs Windows Mobile xD)
PS: My Xperia currently is running the last Energy ROM. Maybe with a lite rom it would run a little faster but don't expect a great increase of fps.
