Hmm.. no. I have two isos. Usually i start with the first iso, look around for some time to test FPse glitches and then eject the iso to play the second one. There i saved 3 savestates. On the next day i loaded up the second one directly and wanted to load my save state. All 3 savestates were gone. ...

It's very likely an individual problem with the iso file. Try a different one.

[Bug]: When ejectingchange iso/restarting fpse the gameid (e.g. SLED019577X) doesn't change so you still savestate to the first game until quit.

@foleyjo: Same here but if i 'enable hardware acceleration' it's gone. If it doesn't work for you turn the screen (portrait<>landscape) or press <home> button and restart FPse (previous instance will be resumed).
