Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

I'm... confused :?. After reading other peoples comments, and trying FFIX and Diablo myself. I cannot see any difference at all :o! All the music slowdowns in FFIX battles and the music looping in Diablo are still there. Also, it was said that loading a ROM file would be faster? No difference there...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Maybe I am doing something wrong or the new DMA doesn't apply at all on my OMAP4430 (Droid3). I can't see any improvement from the last version. FPS have not improved and those audio glitches in FFIX are still the same. I tried Dragon Warrior VII and couldn't see any better results. The sound is sti...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

You could use the time waiting for the release for freshing up your english skills. I don't write english perfectly but its enough to be understood.

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

This will take some time and people wouldnt understand when opengl is not running perfect. I'd be more than happy having the new dma version on my phone soon :)))) Will you release th...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Thanks for this big step forward with DualCore support, it must have been pretty hard to add this feature.

Unfortunately FFIX runs faster but menus are lagging very much.

Here are my settings:
Framelimit 1, Frameskip 0, SPU 1, Frameskip Fix 0, Dualcore 1, Thread priority 1, Fast Draw 1.

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

I'd love to see OGLes support too, but I also respect the fact, that it will obviously be very hard to do and will take quite some time. If schtruck would just tell us what he thinks how long it likely will take, 1 month, half a year, then I think people would stop asking and wait patiently.

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Wow! Nice to hear about these news :) Thanks for that.

I have the Droid 3 (which is OMAP 4430 Dualcore), will this be supported too? I am running Android 2.3.4.

Thanks schtruck!
