no problem it's fixed now,
it was a problem with the market.
i had to uninstall it and reinstall it again .. but it works PERFECTLY fine now

After more testing I figured out the sticky keys on my device. I no longer get sticky keys when using the onscreen d-pad. I do get them when I assign my hardware buttons as directional keys.
