That's strange, as I remember 100% completion of Spyro 3 on FPse a long time ago.
But now FPse can read subchannel data from images, so it should work

People continue reporting problems with gamepads connected via Joystick Center Supposedly, right stick on Xbox360 wired controller doesn't work, as does cross on Dualshock 3/Sixaxis (they can't be mapped and/or are unrecognized) As a feature requests, many people want force feedback on their gamepad...

GT2 still doesn't want to load from memory cards in software (ES-2 Blitting) :cry:
That and codepage problems on market I've already mailed you about

Also people with Xperia Play have a problem with overlay buttons (why would they want to use them anyway :roll: )
Are they being forcebily disabled?

Until it's fixed, try using the old Joystick Center versions (4 and 6 reportedly have this bug too)

About translations, how is it planned to check them for errors? Because a bad translation is worse than it's absence. I did the russian translation of Beats Portable, so I know that's a hell of a job to translate all these technical terms. And this leads us to another request Some options are unclea...
